  My burger doesn't smell good, smells like old grease, so I'm not eating it. Waited long time for food and only ordered 1 thing. I only received 1 napkin with my food and they didn't even ask meif I wanted any ketchup.

  Horrible service manager Marcus at 9:30pm on 3/1/17 was extremely rude over the phone. Did not even offer to replace the food that was wrong, they was out of chicken nuggets and onion rings. I don't know what is hard to understand when asking for the whopper to be plain, but somehow they decided plain meant ketchup only. The manager hung up on me, and told me the only compensation I would receive would b better service next time. I will never return to this establishment. Worst burger king ever
